Human-Savvy League

"For my next development focus, I was looking for something different and that would have an impact. The Human-Savvy League is very different, and it has had a positive impact on me as a person and my leadership practice.

As leaders and managers, we work with people and it's never been more important to have a strong understanding of emotional intelligence and positive psychology and gain an understanding of our own and teams 'needs so that we can become the best leaders for our teams.

Working with Liv and the amazing Savvies in my group in our regular meetings and group sessions has been a fantastic experience. I've been able to identify my strengths alongside the areas of growth and develop and fine-tune different strategies and practical techniques to support many different situations we experience as leaders every day. All while collaborating and sharing our own experiences.

Liv has a brilliant, engaging delivery style. She is really supportive and very happy to explore the most difficult areas further. I would recommend this course for anyone on their leadership journey who is looking to understand themselves better and support their team in a holistic and truly empathic way."
