Giving & receiving feedback the right way is difficult

In this workshop, delegates will:
- learn how to make difficult conversations... easier
- find out how to protect the psychological safety, autonomy and mental health of everyone involved in difficult conversations
- discover how to grow their sense of self-efficacy
- learn new, highly practical techniques for giving and receiving feedback

Each Masterclass consists of:
- 2 x 2h online meetings - PART 1 and PART 2
- the Art of Feedback Workbook
- the introductory webinar (to watch in your own time in preparation for the live workshop sessions).

Group size: max 8 participants - a small group allows participants to make THE BEST out of this CPD experience

Times and dates: flexible, can be tailored to your Team's availability
